Systems Xcellence Announces New Vice President of Product Management

MILTON, Ontario (February 16, 1999) - Gordon Glenn, President and CEO of Systems Xcellence Inc., today announced that Mr. Bob Nagar has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Product Management. Formerly, Director of Product Development, Mr. Nagar's enhanced focus will be setting strategic direction for the entire suite of Systems Xcellence's healthcare software products.

With Systems Xcellence since 1993, Mr. Nagar has over 17 years of software development experience focused on "on-line transaction processing" based application solutions and over 5 years in developing healthcare software products.
