The extension brings the total contracted amount to approximately $6.4 million CDN, exclusive of future transaction-based fees. The original contract, announced on February 8, 2000, licensed Systems Xcellence's flagship Pharmacy Benefit System software (HX-PBS), and provides the Company with recurring revenue opportunities as the customer's transaction volumes increase.
