Systems Xcellence licenses mail-order pharmacy management system to prime therapeutics, llcMILTON, Ontario April 8, 2004, Systems Xcellence Inc., (“SXC”) (TSX: SXC) a leading provider of healthcare information technology solutions throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain, today announced that Prime Therapeutics, LLC (“Prime”) of St. Paul, Minnesota, has licensed SXC’s RxEXPRESS® pharmacy management system to manage its mail-order needs. Under terms of the agreement, SXC licensed the RxEXPRESS system to Prime in return for tiered-license, consulting and maintenance fees over a three-year initial term. The system was successfully implemented on April 1, 2004. Prime is an existing customer and licensee of SXC’s industry leading pharmacy claims processing system, RxCLAIM®. “We are pleased to announce this agreement with Prime and to extend our presence in the rapidly growing market for mail-order prescription drugs,” said Gordon S.
